Upon entering the house, a hallway leads to the living room. Further along the hallway are three bedrooms without closets, the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom in the hallway, as well as a living/dining room and a traditional kitchen. Next to the kitchen is the laundry area, located at the back of the house. On either side of the main entrance are two commercial spaces, each approximately 20 square meters, and both have their own bathrooms. The house has tiled floors.
