This is a plot of land located within the Mi Terruño complex. The complex has concrete footprints throughout the complex: public lighting, a rural aqueduct, a lake, a WWTP, and a gatehouse with a permanent guard at its main entrance and a patrol guard, as well as remotely controlled cameras and gates. Its topography is quite steep (approximately 45°), which will make its development and use of the land more expensive, as earthworks will be required to terrace usable areas. The lot has an easement for the power line at its top; the area where the lot is located has a beautiful view.
